It’s 6:30 on a Friday night and my laptop is closed before @jermops is home. I’ll admit, that’s not normal. I’m typically working when he leaves for work and still working when he gets home, often working late into the night if he’s out with friends.
This isn’t healthy.

I know this... but it deserves to be repeated. This isn’t healthy. No matter how many 20m breaks I take throughout the day to take the dog out or grab food (hint: it’s usually 4 max), I’m usually working a 10h day, minimum.

I know this needs to change. It’s not healthy. It doesn’t matter whether I’m in the early stages of a burgeoning business, working on projects that excite me, or really passionate about my job. It isn’t healthy.

So I’m working to change that. I’m spending more time in the backyard. I’m giving myself permission to watch a show (or two) while I eat lunch. I’m going for more walks. And tonight, I’m starting to read this book which

the question is, are you sure you're actually working 10 hours and not totally enjoying your time at least for 2-3 hours out of that 10? I mean, sometimes it is hard to define work vs hobby vs enjoying your time... M?
