That's fantastic! Is it possible that some of them have been on the spectrum of burnout but have been able to recover quickly enough that it wasn't a noticeable issue? I know for many of us, it's relatively easy to hide for quite some time until it hits us "out of the blue."
mmmmyeah, I'd also double down on the definition of the "burnout". Also detecting the burnout oneself is not easy, often it is friends and family who help out And in worst cases it is like "I am strong, I can handle everything" until one gets i.e. a divorce.
