I run during the winter months and it's not like you need to constantly look at you watch. As long as you have it fairly easily accessible under the top layer of clothes it should be OK right?

I use the watch as a psychological help, esp in winter. I.e: Body: i am tired Me: only 163bpm, no you’re not Body: look, srsly, slow down Me: 168bpm at 14km/h, ok slowing down to 12 until bpm <=165 Also avg pace and other numbers at my wrist that motivate me into better results
