hey! thanks. Although, the book tells how to be an evangelist. Which does not really correlate with the title, sort off.

Number of points: First, the book doesn't tell "how to be an evangelist". It tells how to build a DevRel org, which makes sense. Second, "DevRel" is not person, as "DevOps" is not a person. Third, this slide is not about organizational structure, it's about who we serve.
