I wear a [dumb] watch. I don't really notice it. ~10 years ago my watch died and I thought I have a clock on my PC and my phone - I don't need a watch. After 3 months of being irritated I bought a new one. Today I forgot my watch at home. It's not even 9am and I'm going crazy :)
btw, same. I can leave my phone. But not the timepiece on my wrist (but it is not exactly dumb).

yeah, I actively don't want notifications on my wrist and I don't really do any serious sports. So still not feeling a need for a smart watch.
