They need that lack of communication in order for you to be tested correctly and therefore apply features that really work and assure a better profit for viewers, creators and ultimately, YouTube.
Oh, I knew about it. Soz, didn't catch what you meant. It was manually reviewed, it may have been a human error. It can happen and they surely will keep working to improve it because it is on their own interest that that works properly as their main source of many depends on it.

It was not an error the reviewer that leaked that has talked about many other examples like that. They only care about the big brands now and punisher smaller channels even if the brand breaks TOS and the small channel doesn't. There are tons of examples online.

That is only negative to them, because advertisers won't want to be advertised in video that contents that kind of videos, so for their own interests they will make their rules be respected.
