Were any of the 3 daemons patched?
A few weeks ago Google announced that iOS 12.1.4 fixed iOS 0-day vulnerabilities that were found exploited in the wild. We never get any details on what was fixed. i did not check for that. But Apple announced they fixed something in Foundation Framework. So it could be any of those daemons using it.

a symbol is a name to a function. without these names humans and binary diffing tools have a harder job.

well that is one meaning. but we will not know what actually happened until Google spits out details who was hacked and how they found out. But people are betting that they will shut up
