    iOS 11.4.1 was released and Apple sneaked a new switch into the system that by default will break your USB accessories after 1h. This doesn’t really protect you but illusion of security is what sells better. Remember use a long passcode if you are concerned of data extraction.

    Don’t ever do unpaid internships. Just Don’t. The majority of companies just abuse unpaid interns as free work slaves. I remember a certain company that shared office with on of my early employers. They hired interns for free who would have to write all the content articles.

    If you’re complaining about unpaid internships I am 100% sure you aren’t ever gonna make it

    Don’t interview people who only want to sell their products.

    This thread is important for "policy" people, those pushing for laws/regulations forcing cybersecurity on an unwilling public, on the principle that "security" is an unquestioned goal you must attain at all cost.

    Monthly advise: don’t talk to reporters at all.

    Just because you tell a reporter something is off-the-record doesn’t make it so. The reporter has to agree verbally or in writing to you BEFORE you provide the info that you want to be off-the-record. Also, “on background” doesn’t mean what most people think it means.
