I understand them trying to avoid an awkward situation but they should do the right thing and reinstate her invite & President Clinton’s should decline invite if both of them being there will take away attention from the event. Unfortunately it will & has become a distraction

The cynic in me says someone was hoping for a "reunion." First, they invite her, then him? Sounds slightly fishy.
