Accepting that ME being thought of as a purely psychiatric illness has been damaging, and that the PACE trial results are questionable, do you think we'll find it is a neurological disease? Neurimmunocological?

I ask because it seems to me (a mere general physician) one of the motivating factors behind ME advocates is, quite appropriately and understandably, the fear of being disregarded as psychiatrically rather than physically unwell.
