1. If platelets are getting improperly activated after exercise, could that activate the immune system and causes feelings of malaise?

Triple anticoagulation hasn’t had a significant effect on my symptoms or PEM. Dual antiplatelet therapy prior had no effect on my symptoms or PEM whatsoever.

Could your findings of ⬆️CCL4 expression be a possible link to #neuroinflammation in ME/CFS as the CCL4 pathway may disrupt BBB and may ⬆️ immune cell trafficing into the CNS?
