Price on Carbon???
So will homeowners be taxed for grass clippings? Because they release carbon as they decompose. 
Taxing carbon to give some edge to renewables is foolish. The Greenies need to focus on driving down the cost of renewables, not driving up the price of fossil

So it's ok to generate as much carbon into the atmosphere as long as you can pay for it?
If this is as life and death as we're sold on it, then we need to reduce emissions instead of paying a carbon tax that just have people priced out with stealth tax Let's ban private jets? -
