Actually, that suggests what the underlying thinking is. Most subpoenas provide for alternative return to a Federal agent who is leading the investigation. This strongly suggests that the investigation was USCP led. WHich, in turn suggests that the "crime" under /1

Interesting note, she was one of the Capitol Police officers assigned to Scalise when the Republican baseball game was shot up. There's a photo of her getting a medal from Trump as a result. Could be coincidence (she was injured, makes sense she'd do threat investigations now)
