The Postal Service has informed states that they’ll need to pay first-class 55-cent postage to mail ballots to voters, rather than the normal 20-cent bulk rate. I guess this means we need to ask if we can deliver our Absentee/VBM ballots in person before the polls open in such a way that it is safe and secure. Or, we should just go an pick them up with an ID. Anyone know how we can do these things?
