The judge's ruling also prohibits federal officers from seizing photo/video equipment from journalists or legal observers during protests in Portland and prevents the feds from ordering photojournalists to stop taking photos or video.

It’s sad that it required in order from a judge to not have that occurred to the press. Too much overage from federal agencies stamping down on first amendment rights.
