I think you meant “artificial CS and natural OC”. BTW even the OC agent is commonly referred to as “tear gas” when delivered using smoke canisters. Look at the wikipedia page for “tear gas”. There are links to references, including this one:https://militaryhealth.bmj.com/content/161/2/94 …

“Pepper spray”, “Pepperballs” and “tear gas” are non-scientific terms for lachrymator agents.” “Pepper spray” when used in spray form, “Pepper balls” in ball form and “tear gas” when dispersed with smoke from a canister. Common lachrymator agents in all 3 include CN, CS and OC.

A 'spokesman' from the WH said that smoke grenades were used but why use smoke grenades to move people back? Smoke is used to hide what YOU'RE doing. And using rubber bullets flies in the face of using smoke.

That's the point. It's man-made to get around the law saying you can't tear-gas citizens. Tear gas/ is evil and it kills and mains people. Anyone that condones pepper spray/CS/CR/CN use prolly never has been exposed to it.
