We have to support unconventional ideas to find a solution to ME/CFS. My bet will be on cryptic peptides produced by non-coding Pathogenic RNAs, most probably from latent but frequently reactivating pathogens.

As told in Osler's Web, there were "Tahoe types" and something else.
The Tahoe types were what scared the CDC into creating the new syndrome. By pretending CFS was "something else" the CDC never did look into Tahoe types.
