cfDNA tests for over 1,000 pathogens. Similar for @Aperiomics.
I'm not sure if either is (yet) sensitive enough to detect an infection that has persisted for 2 years - the duration in this case study.

I wonder what implications this has for people who may appear to be suffering from chronic Lyme disease. While I used to think CLD was the only ‘true answer’, I’m wondering how many folks may have underlying genetic collagen-structure susceptibility exploited by the Lyme bacteria

I experience remission of my EDS symptoms with antibiotics.

Similarly, some of my EDS symptoms improve with courses antibiotics. Hypermobility is still gross, but there is pain improvement in the most injured joints (hip and shoulder)
