Yeah um no. I’ve lived in Finland my whole life and not once have I seen or heard that someone would’ve been raking or cleaning our forests. We pick up trash from the forests and that’s it. Maybe we don’t have the problems California does because it’s colder and more wet here🤔🇫🇮
Of course, like most people in most countries, you also know how the plant matter across a forest floor is part of the whole ecosystem, so why would you WANT to rake it?
