Iran's Supreme Court rejected the appeal of two protesters #MohammadMehdiKarami and #MohammadHosseini and confirmed their death sentence.
The death sentence of three other of the defendants has revoked.

Authorities have accused 16 protesters of causing the death of a member of the Basij paramilitary force during an antigovernment demonstration. All of the accused deny the charges, saying they were being targeted for their part in the nationwide protests.

Among those sentenced to death in the case was #HamidQarahasanlou, a doctor whose brother has said that officers severely tortured his sibling and sister-in-law while in custody.
