I chair the Child Fatality Review and look at every case where a child dies in City. Often these children & caregivers have been touched by diff agencies. ACE scores are high @21stCenturyCity

Linda Darling Hammond: choice does not always mean choice. 90% of white students can go to a top tier charter school in New Orleans while only 25% of black students can go to top tier charters. many of these schools are also supported by people who owned the prisons.
