Police partnered with white supremacist group to pursue 'anti-racist' activists

According to court documents obtained by The Guardian, the California Highway Patrol partnered with TWP, a known white supremacist group, to identify counter-protesters at a 2016 rally. Documents show police were sympathetic to the white nationalist rally organizers and protected their identities.
