Getting money where it matters

In Tanzania today, members of the Decentralised Climate Finance Project visited projects demonstrating the benefits of getting development & climate finance to the local level - of getting #MoneyWhereItMatters to benefit people and livestock

In Alaililai - a project of 1.6 billion funded by somebody else is not successful!?! A of 86 million is more successful and appreciated by the community. That community is enjoying water from October 2017 due to this
