Rep. Jennifer Wexton (D-VA) joined the 116th Congress on Thursday and placed the flag outside of her office in a show of solidarity.

I started my morning with a meeting with my staff and then had an interview with about , the shutdown, and my priorities in the 116th Congress. It’s an historic and exciting day!
