    Real talk ⬇️ Many funds lead with saying they support BIPOC founders. How are you supporting the “I”? Where are you finding Indigenous founders? Let’s not just say we’re supporting BIPOC founders when we really only mean Black and people of color. It’s time to do the work.

  3. I went to a women’s college, which I still consider my best-ever life decision. But many of these institutions have also educated the exact white women who have historically been the greatest threat to Black lives. I’m so glad to see this work is happening

    Very powerful, brought me to tears. If the Republicans don’t convict based on this video alone, then they are traitors to their country. If you can’t be convicted for a violent insurrection that killed 7 people and injured 140 police officers, what can you be impeached for?
