    Treaty is a journey best taken together. It needs to be led by First Peoples, but we want everyone to walk with us. Deadly to have bipartisan support for the creation of a Treaty 'umpire' that is grounded in our culture, lore and law.

  7. Just a reminder that chromosomal testing at the elite sports level has been done before and was stopped because cis people kept learning that they had chromosomes that didn't match their assigned sex.

    Opposition MP will cross the floor to vote against laws to establish a treaty authority. He says he doesn’t support divisive tokenism and believes the legislation will do nothing to close the gap. The Oppostion voted today to support the laws.

    Today the Greens will be introducing a bill that would stop new homes being forced to connect to gas & ban new gas connections from 2025. In a climate crisis, we should be moving further and faster to ditch polluting fossil fuels.
