, women in tech is largely cultural. There are high % women in tech in countries where, culturally, women do science & men do arts. Only when we realise it isn't actually biological, but cultural, can we properly fix the issue in places like Aus #npc

Might I suggest the alternative needs more than rules in natural language :) It might help but def isn't sufficient. We need systems that are traceable to their legal authorities, that measure & monitor for policy and human impact, and that escalate and respond when harm arises.

for #npc speech today & for encouraging some optimism. It'd be great if you could also advocate for gov investment in itself inc digital public infrastructure. Gov is the biggest ICT spender, so when gov invests in its own digital reform, it flows through to all.
