President Trump hopes to return to public engagements on Saturday, 10 days after COVID-19 diagnosis
Trump’s physician, Dr. Sean Conley, released a statement on Thursday saying that the president’s physical exam has been “devoid of any indications to suggest progression of illness” since returning to the White House. Despite concerns from medical experts that he may still be contagious, Trump announced that he hopes to hit the campaign trail by Saturday, which would mark 10 days since his COVID-19 diagnosis.
