    Staff say people have been coming across the bridge in waves, essentially. No “rush” by any means, but a “steady” group of arrivals throughout the morning.

    In case you wanted more potato content, there is the setup. Those brown bags on the ground are potatoes and staff keep running them from the truck to the lanes. They’re in high demand. 🥔
