    TCH says, "To help create additional capacity for adult hospitals in the area, Texas Children’s is prepared to care for adult patients. Those adults who are COVID-19 positive will be cared for in an expanded Special Isolation Unit at Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus."

    To be clear: Texas Children's is admitting both COVID-19 adult patients & non COVID-19 adult patients. TCH says it will continue to carefully monitor the ongoing active transmission and increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the greater Houston area and across the State.
