    Ahead of the vote tonight in the House, U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman had voiced his frustration about not having enough time to review and read the bill. President Trump would tweet his support of the bill before the House voted tonight. The Senate is expected to vote on Monday.

    The final vote on the Families First Response Act was 363-40-1. (U.S. Rep. Justin Amash, the only independent in the House, voted present.) The 40 votes against the bill were all cast by Republicans, four from South Carolina's five GOP congressional members.

    Senate is scheduled to vote 5:30pm Monday to limit initial debate on proceeding to House-passed FISA reauthorization bill. Until the FISA bill is approved, any action on House coronavirus legislation will take unanimous consent to pass w/o the objection from all 100 Senators.
