  16. 4/ How can he be impeached? The Articles of is just like a bill. Somebody in the House of Reps would write it up, as they would write up a new law or bill. Then it would be read on the floor and the House votes to approve or deny it.

  17. 5/ In order for it to pass, the House must have a simple majority -- one vote over 50% -- so 218 Representatives will need to approve the Articles of Impeachment. It will name crimes the House members believe the President committed, and then it will be sent to the Senate.
