1.) #typhoon #Faxai - a few suggestions for those in #Tokyo #Yokohama etc. Secure loose items outside your house, bring in pot plants and make sure bikes secure. If you live near a river maybe park your car on higher ground (I’m going to do that.)

2.) Watch for leaks if rain really gets crazy, esp in sliding balcony doors etc, have towels ready. If you’re on coast near area of maximum winds star away from windows and glass. If you’re a tourist in a hotel just stay in your room and wait for worst to pass

3.) Kanto area trees aren’t typhoon proof like Okinawa etc so they’ll pose a threat, falling branches etc. Expecting power outages in worst affected areas.

4.) Most importantly don’t freak out and listen to advice from local govt officials, JMA etc. Stay safe everyone
