Illinois officially becomes the 11th state to legalize recreational marijuana
On Tuesday, Governor JB Pritzker signed a bill into law which legalizes the use of recreational marijuana in the state of Illinois. The bill, which will take effect on January 1, will also "clear the cannibis-related records of nonviolent offenders."
