French court declares ad which depicts woman tied to train tracks legal

The controversial ad for TGV trains appeared four months after French woman Emilie Hallouin was tied to TGV tracks by her estranged husband and killed by a train in a murder-suicide. A French court has since declared that the posters do not promote violence against women.
