It uses 3DS parts and the case is designed to be 3D printed. Once the kitephone becomes available to the public ill open source the files and software.

Where do you sell this kitephone package? Is there any instruction on how to build this smartphone when you buy the package? Does it come with the phone case because we don't have the 3D printer? Can a teenage do it by himself/herself by following the instruction? Thank you.

Hi there, the kite phone was made by
@kitephone, I was just a tester. The creators were looking for funding to be able to produce them for the public, The crowd funding campaign unfortunately didn't hit their goal so right now there isnt a release date for it.
