Huw - I agree and we should wait until Sunday, as Scotland has extended their lockdown to stay safe. The newspapers are being too hasty to suggest things will get back to normal next week - have those Editors not read that deaths have exceeded 30,000 and is the worst in Europe?

Unfortunately last night @BBCBreaking Reporting Scotland did a story on the sad deaths of some pour souls from COVID-19. There was a montage of pictures. I APPEARED as one of those that had died

Reality is that Wales doesn't have macro-economic powers (e.g. we can't unilaterally extend furlough), therefore, apart from some tinkering, we've got to follow.
