People only see your surface, and judge based on that: you're not responsible for their misjudgement. You are who you think you are. Heck with what's outside. I've been subjected to misjudgement all along, but I no longer care. I am who I decide I am, not who my surface decides.

No way. Your identity is not subjective. Of the three ways I would use describe myself, female is not one of them, even when I worked in a predominantly all male workplace. Define yourself or others will.
