It's a mistranslation on a common Philipino phrase. Very similar to a parent over here says "You'll be sorry". It isn't mean' t literal. Just means he will be in trouble.

You took that literally didn't you? The I'll kill him is a mistranslation of a Phillipino phrase. The literal translation means he will kill him while the actual phrase donates him being in trouble. Like a Canadian parent saying "You'll be sorry!"
