@humansofny Sadly it's the truth. Mom is an amputee. We see it so often.
@humansofny No one in a third-world country can afford that wheelchair. There are no buses that lower their stairs, accessible buildings etc

@humansofny Well, in Brazil we have laws and programs to attend disabled people. Brazilians aren´t blinds to disabled.
