Crying in the dark and then blaming people when they don’t notice. I do this. And I never realized it was a thing until this moment.

This story hits very close 2 home 4 me. I lost my mom to suicide when I was very young and experienced people telling me 2 move past it, b4 I even understood what truly happened. Please see a grief counselor. There’s a lot you need to deal with but it’s got 2 bdone the right way

I really hope you find that someone you can trust- a friend, a counselor, a family member, a complete stranger- that you will allow in. You don't need to suffer silently. Someone can and will be there for you if you give them a chance.

It’s a tough story but the self-realisation is encouraging. I don’t get why people are giving the subject advice in reply though, perhaps they don’t get that the subject isn’t the poster.
