*sigh* I feel like this a lot of the time. It's hard to eat your way to clean health. The biggest lesson for me has been doing it one meal at a time; one healthy choice at a time; one decision to buy organic as much as possible at a time. Love & Light.

Always wonder if this sound too utopia for the world we live in. What if the food we have in the market are nutritious/nourishing to the health, with relevant parties ensuring the quality, make it affordable/accessible for everyone, not just filling the stomach with calories.
