Oh you sweet angel. I have major depressive disorder and it sounds like that may be what you are dealing with. It does really suck always feeling like that. I have no real advice but just want to tell you that no one is as terrible as you think you are. Take care.

Think DOT - do one thing. Like go for a walk/run with a friend or family member, or walk a dog, go to the beach. Even if it's only for half an hour or an hour. But each day you do one thing. After a week you'll have done 7 things. They can all help to slowly wake you up again.

It sounds like depression, honestly. There are treatments that can really help - I know this from personal experience. Maybe start by talking to your doctor. You are definitely not alone - so many of us struggle with this.
