Very relatable. It’s so easy to get comfortable and it’s so hard to force yourself into uncomfortable territory.

The discomfort is from the fear of the unknown. If you shift your perspective to think change is always for the better, then the unknown is no longer to be feared but will be embraced. Also takes up less energy not conjuring up false what-if scenarios to scare yourself with

I hope he doesn't fell pressurised by the society's expectations of what you're 'supposed to be doing' at a certain age. I'm Korean-born but British-made, and feel there's constant clash between cultural values. It's okay to love living with your family, regardless of your age.

Ummmm...I'm judging him. He doesn't even have to move to a new state; get out of that 'living in my parents basement' situation, get your own apartment, pay your own bills, cook your own damn food & keep having those awesome family dinners every Sunday. Make a life for yourself!
