I love her authenticity and clarity, but as much as I like that last line I think I'd have to disagree a bit. I don't think you have to necessarily be successful to reach a state of significance. You can be significant even without reaching that type of success.

My sense was that she meant, "Yeah - I was successful. Big deal. Now I am doing something truly significant! Something that matters." That was my read, anyway!
