    From financial markets. Interest rates at historic lows & government hasn't taken advantage of it. Borrow to invest: sensible.

    Soup It has to be a holistic approach, so tackling some of the causes of homelessness: more housing, investing in mental health etc

    Get current spending in balance, then allow public spending to rise in line with the economy. Means pay rises. £6bn for NHS/Social Care.
