Thanks for reaching out. What device are you on? Just to confirm, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app/updates to see if that makes any difference? Also, have you tried switching networks from WiFi to mobile data or vice versa too? Let us know.

I’m on an iPhone 6 and I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve logged on and off, and I have disconnected and reconnected to my WiFi. It is still running slow even when I’m using my data.
