    1) Some good things here—but v unlikely to be enforced because: a) the Taliban does not protect women who challenge men; and b) mechanisms to enforce would be MoWA & EVAW—both erased by Taliban; 2) Women’s rights are not just about marriage. What about education, employment, etc?
