Love this. But question: The last time there was harder limits on teens action being juvenile system jurisdiction. Gangs recruited teens to do dirty work. Are there going to be efforts to stop criminal recruiting when they talk kids into crime without permanent record issues?

Let’s hope this doesn’t apply to: murder attempted murder gang rape human/sex trafficking felony weapons/narcotics charges arson home invasion gang related violent crime mutilation/abuse of humans/animals terrorism kidnapping and......? *Kids (humans) are capable of true horror

Good news for whom? Whose human rights are you defending? Potential criminals? Certainly not law abiding, unsuspecting citizens who will be the victims of crimes from these possible offenders Kids are already recruited, ever heard of Craigs List, Facebook, Instagram, etc? Idiots

This is a very slippery slope. Sure, things like theft, joyriding, non serious assault, drinking, etc could all be dealt with in juvenile detention and rehabilitation. But serious crimes need to be met with serious time.

I agree with you. ..I don't think age alone should be an indicator of the repercussions for violent crime. This is not a win for the rest of us humans.
