Why are progressive values so opposite public safety? Must one choose one or the other? And if you have to choose why would any law abiding tax paying citizen choose to vote progressive?

David Menschel @davidminpdx1. Some in the press suggest those of us who want a serious, responsible dialogue about crime (rather than a sensational fearmongered panic about it) are “not taking crime seriously.” It’s nonsense – a petulant demand that we embrace a cynical politics & irresponsible journalism.Show this thread2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

Progressives can only win in deep deep deep blue jurisdictions and are causing massive losses for Democrats in mildly blue and purple jurisdictions. DiBlasio is out and not employable. Virginia was a rude wake up call and lost. Even solid blue NJ was almost lost
